Any person who aids or assists in the accomplishment of the acts referred to above shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two to five years and a fine of 50,000 to 500,000 dirhams if he exercises command of the public forces, or is part of them, or is entrusted with a control mission, or if this person is one of the officials or agents or employees in land, sea or air transport, or in any other means of transport, whatever the purpose of the use of this means of transport, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
